In the unfortunate event that you receive a damaged product, we want to assure you that we're here to help.
Please contact us right away so we can guide you through the claims process. We’ll ask for photos of the product and a few other bits of information to help us initiate a shipping claim and allow us to fix the issue.
We understand that certain products, such as exhaust systems, may be more prone to damage during transit due to their size and weight. In many cases, only specific components (e.g., piping or clamps) may be affected. If this happens, we’ll gladly replace the damaged parts to ensure your order is complete and fully functional.
