If your tracking indicates that your order was delivered but you cannot find your package(s), we recommend the following:
-Double checking with neighbors or household members
-Confirming the shipping address on your order confirmation
-Contacting the shipping carrier directly and opening a trace or filing a claim.

Once your order leaves our facility and is in the hands of the shipping carrier, we unfortunately no longer have control over the delivery process. This means that we cannot be held responsible for lost, stolen, or misdelivered packages.
By default, all orders are shipped without a signature required. If you've experienced package theft in the past or have concerns regarding delivery, please reach out to us prior to placing your order. We can add a signature required option, which means someone must be home to receive the delivery. If no one is available, the courier will most likely reschedule the delivery or hold your package(s) at their local facility for pickup.
If you would like to add additional shipping insurance, please let us know and we can arrange this on your behalf. Any additional insurance costs are the responsibility of the customer.
